Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your Break Room account and the personal data associated with it. Follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.
How to Request Deletion
The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the Break Room app.
Open the Break Room app
Go to Profile / Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account

What Happens Next
If you submitted your request by email, here's what to expect.
Send a deletion request
Email us at drydenjamie@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Please send the email from the address associated with your Break Room account so we can verify your identity.
We verify your identity
We'll confirm your request within 2 business days. If we need to verify your identity we may ask you a short security question or to confirm details linked to your account.
Your account is deleted
Once verified, your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.
What Gets Deleted
The following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted once your request is processed:
- ✓Your account profile (name, email address, username)
- ✓League memberships and player associations
- ✓Fixtures, results, and match history you submitted
- ✓Device and usage data tied to your account
- ✓Any push notification tokens or session data
What May Be Retained
In limited circumstances we are required by law or legitimate business necessity to retain certain data after account deletion. This data is isolated from active systems and is not used for any marketing or product purposes.
Aggregate league statistics
Match results and standings may be retained in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of historical league records.
Transaction records
If you held a paid subscription, basic billing records are kept to satisfy financial and tax obligations.
Fraud & abuse logs
Where we are required by law or have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud, limited records may be retained.
